摘要
铅是一种对环境和人体健康有害的金属,从原矿开采——原生冶炼——消费——再生铅冶炼等过程均会产生大量的污染;此外,地方保护主义、环保资金投入机制不通畅、管理不善以及先进的治理铅污染技术难以推广等原因加剧了铅污染,本文针对铅污染现状、原因,提出了相应的对策。
Lead is a kind of harmful metals to environment and health of human body. Digging the original mineralsmelling the original living mining--consuming of lead--smelting the reborm lead etc. will produce pollution. In addition, place protection doctrine,impeded of the environmental protection funds devotion mechanism, bad management and hard extending of the advanced technique in lead contamination etc. the reasons make the lead contamination worse. The article aims at the present conditions,reasons of lead contamination and puts forward the counterplan.
