摘要
目的:探讨头孢噻呋钠对21种畜禽常见病原菌的抑制作用,为人工感染试验和临床用药提供依据。方法:采用试管二倍稀释法体外抑菌试验。结果:国产头孢噻呋钠对猪链球菌、猪放线杆菌、猪鸡巴氏杆菌、猪鸡大肠杆菌、猪鸡沙门氏菌、鸡金葡菌、产气荚膜梭菌、肺炎克雷伯、停乳链球菌、无乳链球菌的MIC0.5～0.06μg/ml,对猪丹毒、奶牛乳房炎、链球菌、猪金葡菌、牛金葡菌的MIC32～2μg/ml,优于青霉素。对绿脓杆菌、、猪胃肠炎的MIC64～125μg/ml,高于青霉素。
The objectives of the study are to investigate the effeets of ceftiofur sodium against 21 kinds of common bacteria in livestock,and to guid the experimental infections and clinic treatments.In vitro antibacterial test the tube di-dilution method was used in this study.The results showed that the range of MIC of ceftiofur sodium against Str.suis,Actinobacillus from swine.P.multocida from swine and chicken,E.cole from swine and chicken,Samonella from swine and chichen,S,aureus from chicken,Clostridium perfringens,Kl.pneumonia.Sdyagalactine,and S.agalactine was 0.5%-0.06%μg/ml;The MIC of ceftiofur sodium against Erysipelas from swine,dairy mastitis,S.Aureus from swine,S.Aureus from cattle was 32-2μg/ml;which was higher than that of penicillinas.The MIC of ceftiofur sodium against P.acrnginosa and gastro-enteritis was 64-125μg/ml.which was much higher than that of penioillinas.
