摘要
根据硒与癌症的负相关关系和有机硒的生物活性可能更高,作者设计并合成了十一个取代苯亚硒酸化合物(Ⅳ_(a~k)。化合物经抑制乙酰胆碱脂酶,体外抗HL-60和K562及抑制小鼠艾氏腹水癌实验,发现Ⅳ_a和Ⅳ_b有较强的活性。Ⅳ_b抑制小鼠艾氏腹水癌的抑瘤率为20.30%(20mg/kg),高于亚硒酸钠的10.65%(0.5mg/kg)。
