摘要
上海的ＣＢＤ在经历了形成、发展和萎缩几个阶段之后，面临着重新认识的问题。木文对上海ＣＢＤ的界定、职能特点等进行了分析，提出了职能结构调整和空间结构调整的具体方案。
Shanghai's CBD has gone through the periods of formation, development and decline. Now it faces the situation of rerecognizing it. This paper raises the detailed readjustment plan of its structure functionally and spatially by analysing its definition and feature.
