摘要
介绍了一种用氧化-还原体系引发醋酸乙烯酯室温聚合的新工艺。试验比较了氧化还原引发体系与热引发体系制备的两种类型乳液的性能,讨论了氧化还原引发剂的用量对聚合物性能的影响,确定了适宜的引发体系用量;并用N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺作为交联单体使聚合物分子通过官能团间反应而固化,形成网络结构,提高了胶粘剂的耐热性,耐水性、粘接性能和使用性能。从而得到生产成本低而性能优良的聚酪酸乙烯酯乳液胶粘剂。
This article introduces a new preparation way of PVAc initiated by oxidation-reduction initiator under room temperature. This experiment process not only compares the property of one kind of PVAc emulsion initiated by oxidation-reduction initiator to the other initiated by heat decomposing initiator, but also has found acquired good result at the amount of oxidation-reduction initiator. Meanwhile properties such as heat-resistance,waterproof, strength shear are obviously improved because the crosslinked structure is formed by the reaction and solidify of functional groups in polymer using N-hydroxy methyl acrylamide as crosslinking monomer .The research result shows that the polyvinyl acetate adhesive emulsion has excellent properties and low cost.
