摘要
为了在不改变原品种农艺性状的情况下改善品种的加工品质指标,利用生化标记辅助选择和连续回交的方法(5~6次)将编码优质高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)的基因转移到本地主栽小麦品种中,使品种的面团流变学特性得到较大的改善。文章讨论了这种方法中的一些问题及其在改造现有主栽品种中的作用。
Alleles at Glu-1 encoding good HMW-GS were transferred to wheat cultivars by 5~6 (consecutive) selective backcross with biochemical marker assisted selection, so that quality of new cultivars were better than original cultivars in particular on the rheological properties of dough, while agronomic (characters) of new cultivars were as same as original cultivars. Possibilities and problems of application of (consecutive) selective backcross with biochemical marker assisted selection for improving quality of wheat cultivars were discussed in the paper.
