摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能性单体,通过溶液聚合方法合成了水性丙烯酸树脂。研究了丙烯酸含量、单体配比、加料方式、反应温度等条件对树脂性能和涂膜性能的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺。采用红外光谱(IR)、热失重分析(TGA)等测试手段对树脂的结构和性能进行了表征。
In this paper, methacrylate methyl ester(MMA), ethyl acrylate(EA), acroleic acid(AA) were used to synthesized the water-borne acrylic resin by mass-solution polymerization. Influence of AA content, mass ratio, polymerization method and reaction temperature was investigated to optimize the polymerization process. The structure and composition of resin were analyzed by FT-IR and TGA.
