摘要 采用低功率He-Ne激光(2mW)对大白兔进行血管内照射,结果表明,血液中白细胞总数及红、白细胞形态均无明显变化,对血液流变学指标亦无影响(P>0.05),对免疫球蛋白(IgG)有明显升高作用(P<0.05)。 In the paper, the ten white rabbits were irradiated by low power He-Ne laser (2mW) to study the alteration of rabbits' blood cells and immune globulin. The method was that the laser fibre conduit through sterilized needle was inserted into the inside of auris blood vessel in rabbits. The result shows that the sum of white blood cells, both the morphology of red blood cells and while blood cells were not changed. The hemorrheology wasn't also affected by the laser irradiation (P >0. 05). But it is found that immune globulin (IgG) was obviously enhanced (P<0. 05).
