摘要
从等离子体的基本特性出发,对等离子体进行分类,综述了低温等离子体技术在化工能源、超细粉体制备、表面改性、催化反应、聚合和引发聚合、膜技术领域、分析化学、三废处理等方面的应用及最新发展。认为进一步探讨等离子体化学反应的内部机理,以尽快实现工业化或更好的指导工业应用,是等离子体化工的发展方向。
Plasma technology is classified on the basis of occurance and reaction mechanism of plasma. The application and up to date development of low temperature plasma technology in chemical industry such as chemical energy sources, preparation of ultrafine powders, surface modificaton,catalytic reaction, polymerization and initiation polymerization, membrane technology, analytical chemistry, treatment of “the three wastes” etc. are summarized in details. It is believed that,further study on internal mechanism of chemical reaction of plasma so as to accelerate the realization of industrialization or to promote the industrial application should be the development direction of plasma chemistry.
