摘要 武钢程潮铁矿的铁尾矿属于低硅铁尾矿类型,由于没有可利用的主要成分,其利用难度较大。在对低硅铁尾矿主要成分研究的基础上,根据相图,采用CaO-MgO-A1203-Si02体系(简称CAMS体系)和烧结法研制以透辉石为主晶相的微晶玻璃。经试验研究,选择了合适的晶核剂并确定了合理的烧成温度,在实验室条件下获得了工艺性能优良的低硅铁尾矿微晶玻璃及其主成分的组成范围。 The iron ore tailings of Wu Steel's Chengchao Iron Ore Mine is of low-silica type and is difficult to use as it contains no main compenents that can be utilized. Based on the study of its main components and phase digrams, the CAMS system (CaO-Al 2O 3-MgO-SiO 2) was identified as the basis for proudcing by sintering a microcrystalline glass with diopside as the major crystalline phase. Through experimental research, the appropriate nucleation agent was selected and rational sintering temperature determined. Low-silica iron tailings-based microcrystalline glass having fine technological performances and its composition of major components were obtained under laboratory conditions.
