摘要
通过不对称的单羟基卟啉化合物、溴代烷烃和巯基苯并噻唑合成了一系列新型硫代苯并噻唑基尾式卟啉化合物,并采用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析对卟啉化合物的结构进行了表征.
A series of new 2-thiobenzo[d]thiazole-linked tailed porphyrins were synthesized by the unsymmetrical monohydroxyporphyrins with alkyl bromides followed by treatment with 2-thiobenzo[d]thiazole. And their structures were confirmed by IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis.
