摘要
为研究对氯间二甲苯酚复方消毒剂生物效应,采用定量杀菌试验和动物实验对其杀菌效果和毒性进行了观察。结果,以含对氯间二甲苯酚1629mg/L的该复方消毒剂,作用1.5min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值分别达5.0和4.0以上。以含652mg/L对氯间二甲苯酚,作用10min,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均达5.0以上。对大鼠和小鼠的急性经口LD50均>5000mg/kg体重,属实际无毒;亚急性毒性试验未发现异常改变;含814mg/L对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液对家兔皮肤无刺激性,312mg/L该消毒液对家兔眼黏膜无刺激性,对雌性家兔阴道黏膜有极轻刺激性。结论,该复方消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有很好的杀灭效果,刺激性小,毒性低。
In order to study the biological effects of compound disinfectant of p-chloro-m-xylenol, quantitative germicidal test and animal experiment were used to observe its germicidal efficacy and toxicity. Results: The killing logarithm values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the compound disinfectant containing p-chloro-m-xylenol 1629 mg/L for 1.5 min were over 5.0 and 4.0 respectively and those of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfectant containing p-chloro-m-xylenol 652 mg/L for 10 min were over 5.0. The rat and mouse acute oral LD_ 50 was >5000 mg/kg, so it was practically non-toxic. Subacute toxicity test did not show abnormal change. The disinfection solution containing p-chloro-m-xylenol 814 mg/L was non-irritating to rabbit skin and the disinfection solution containing p-chloro-m-xylenol 312 mg/L was non-irritating to rabbit conjunctiva and slightly irritating to vaginal mucosa of female rabbit. Conclusion: This compound disinfectant has excellent efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi, slight irritativeness and low toxicity.
