摘要
目的 探讨控制内镜医院感染的对策。方法 通过调查,分析内镜医院感染管理的现状与存在问题。结果内镜的清洗、消毒现状不容乐观,存在导致患者发生医院感染的隐患。结论 严格遵守卫生部颁布的《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范(2004年版)》,加强内镜的医院感染管理十分重要。
OBJECTIVE To develop the methods for controlling nosocomial infection of endoscope. METHODS The current situation and issues in nosocomial infection management of endoscope were analyzed by investigation in hospitals. RESULTS There were some problems in cleaning and disinfection of endoscope and some possibility for patient catching nosocomial infection. CONCLUSIONS It is very important for observing the 'Operating technique standard of cleaning and disinfection for endoscope' published by Ministry of Health and strengthening nosocomial infection management.
