摘要
充分考虑电机磁路饱和的影响,根据磁场计算结果,直接求取电机稳定参数随电枢电流变化曲线。根据电机三相突然短路时电流、磁链间的相互关系,在转子上加设磁通屏蔽层,模拟电机内超瞬变和瞬变过程,求得电机暂态参数随磁路饱和变化关系。以仿真技术替代工程上电机参数和特性的测试,与工厂提供的试验结果进行了比较,两者达到了较好的一致。
n this paper, with the saturation effects considered, the relationship between steady state parameters and armature current is obtained. According to the field distribution, a magnetic screen is settled on the suitable position in the rotor to simulate subtransient and transient cases. Instead of real tests in engineering, some simulation models are used to calculate the no-load. The shorts-circuit and the zero power factor characteristics are formed. Simulation results are compared with the manufactuer's shop-floor tests, and they show a good agreement.
