摘要
用牛主动脉平滑肌细胞模型对丹参素的药理作用进行研究,发现其具有抑制细胞氧化修饰LDL的作用,与对照组比较,LDL中MDA含量明显减少,其抗氧化能力与丹参素的量成正相关。提示丹参素可用于动脉粥样硬化的防治。
The effects of Salviae Miltiorrhizae on LDL oxidation were studied in cultured bovine aortic smooth muscle cells. Inhibition of cell-mediated low density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidation was found. In comparison with the controls,concentration of malondialdehyde generated in LDL decreased significantly. The antioxidative ability was positively realated to the amount of Salviae Miltiorrhizae may be of use in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
