摘要
本文采用脉冲中澎方法,研究了高温条件下流化氢对含有稀土的熔铁氨合成催化剂的中毒情况.用电子探针分析了硫在催化剂中的分布情况,同时也考察了高温下氢气流动处理对中毒催化剂的影响,提出了硫对稀土氨合成催化剂的中毒机理.
H2S poisoning to a fused iron ammonia synthesis catalyst containing rare-earth oxide was studied with pulse poisoning method at high temperature. Sulfur distributed on tile catalyst was analyzed with EPA and effect of hydrogen stream treatment on the poisoned catalyst at high temperature was also tested.poisoning mechanism of sulfur on the ammonia synthesis catalyst containing rare-earth oxide was proposed as a result.
