摘要
不同抗旱性小麦叶肉细胞中,ATP酶主要分布在细胞质膜、液泡膜、胞间连丝、细胞核及细胞间隙。抗旱性强的品种,在正常水分条件下,ATP酶的活性略低于抗旱性较弱的品种。在不同程度渗透胁迫下,ATP酶的活性,抗旱性强的品种呈升高趋势,抗旱性较弱的品种呈降低趋势,而且抗旱性强的品种,高于抗旱性较弱的品种。研究表明,ATP活性强弱与小麦的抗旱性有关,抗旱性不同的小麦品种,其ATP酶活性的大小及其在渗透胁迫下的变化规律不同。
ATPase was mainly localized at the plasmodesmata,intercellular space,vacuolar membrane,cytoplasmic connection,and nuclei in wheat cultivars with variousdrought resistance.The ATPase activities were higher in resistant cultivars than in sus-ceptible ones under normal water condition. Exposed to various osmotic stresses,theATPase activities, however, became stronger in the resistants and weaker in the suscep-tibles;and the activities of the former were higher than those of the latter.The resultssuggested that the degree of ATPase activity is associated with drought resistance, andthat both of the ATPase activity its chaging regularity under osmotic stress are differentin wheat cultivars with different drought resistances.
