摘要
Ni-Cu-P/MoS2团体润滑复合刷镀层具有良好的耐磨减摩性能,为探明其摩擦学性能良好的原因。本又对该镀层的相结构及其织构现象进行了X光衍射分析。结果表明镀层镀态时有亚稳间隙相拆出,且MoS2呈现(001)面织构,这些均有利于Ni-Cu-P/MoS2镀层的摩擦学性能。
The layer of Ni-Cu-P/MoS2 solid lubrication colnplex brush plating has good property of wear resistance and anti frictfion. In order to know why its tribological property is so fine. the authors have analysised the layers phase structure and texture phenomena loy X-ray diffractometer. Its result are: there is metastable intersti tial phase educt iu the layer while in the state of platitlg. and MoS2 exists as a texture of face (001), The above-mentioned is good for tribology property of Ni-CuP/MoS2 plating loyer.
