摘要
探讨了利用杉木试制超轻质中密度纤维板的生产工艺,重点讨论杉木、松木原料配比,以及不同粘度的脲醛树脂 对板材性能的影响。结果表明:采用高粘度改性脲醛树脂,当杉木、松木原料配比为6:4(体积比)时,板材各项性能均能 达到欧洲标准要求。
Manufacture process of ultra-light medium density fiberboard from Chinese fir was explored. The effects of material ratio and 2kinds of UF resin with different viscosity on panel property were studied emphatically. The results indicated that panel properties could conform to requirements of Euro Standard provided that high viscosity modified UF resin was used and material ratio was 6:4( VChinese fir: Vpine) .
