摘要
96只小白鼠,随机分为 4组。日粮中铜的添加量分别为 0、60、120、180mg/kg,进行为期 30d的试验,观察饲料中添加铜对小鼠血清和肝脏中铜、锌、锰的影响。结果表明:小鼠肝脏、血清中铜水平随日粮中铜添加量的升高而明显升高(P<0. 05),而肝脏、血清中锌、锰含量明显下降 (P<0. 05)。铜与锌、锰吸收与代谢之间存在颉抗关系。
mice were chosen and divided into 4 groups ,each group 24 mice. 4 different levels’copper were added to diets to study the effects on copper,zinc,manganese of livers and serum of mice.The results showed that copper in livers and serum increased significantly as copper in diet increased(P<0.05); but level of zinc、manganese in livers and serum reduced significantly(P<0.05).There was antagonism with copper and zinc、 manganese to Absorption and metabolism.
