耐磨耐蚀拼混树脂的制备及力学性能表征

摘要 为了使三元复合管道在腐蚀磨损和复合腐蚀等复杂工况下长寿命地使用,研制了由改性不饱和基体树脂和经偶联剂改性的SiO2 粒子混合后于常温下固化反应而成的 3种不同类型的耐磨耐蚀拼混树脂;对 3种拼混树脂样品的力学性能(如吸水性、耐蚀性、强度、硬度及冲蚀行为等)进行了测定,着重分析了SiO2 含量对拼混树脂性能的影响。结果表明,填充SiO2 粒子对拼混树脂的硬度、弯曲强度、抗吸水性、静态耐蚀性以及对含固体颗粒的腐蚀性流体的动态抗冲蚀性均有不同程度的提高(尽管其拉伸强度有明显的下降),并使拼混树脂具有良好的力学性能。 Three types of blended resins were prepared by curing the mixtures containing modified unsaturated polyester resin and coupling agent treated SiO_2 particles at ambient temperature, which aimed at increasing the lifetime of the three component composite pipes under comprehensive working conditions with erosion corrosion and complex corrosion. The mechanical properties of the blended resins were investigated, while their water absorption, corrosion resistance, and (erosion) corrosion behavior were examined, by focusing on the effect of the SiO_2 content on the properties of the blended resins. It was found that the blended resins had good comprehensive properties, though their tensile strength decreased considerably with increasing SiO_2 content. Namely, all the hardness, bending strength, resistance to water absorption, and resistance to erosion corrosion of the blended resins increased with increasing SiO_2 content.
