在信息产业中以信息资源本质作为基点 ,并由此逻辑地导出技术市场不相容性定律 ,这一定律在标准化的约束下 ,导致竞争性垄断市场结构的出现。讨论这种市场结构的形成原因与主要特点 。
On the basis of the essence of information resources in IT industry evolves the incompatible law of technical market.Under the regulation of standardization,this law results in the competitive monoploy market structure.The paper (analyzes) the characteristics of and the reasons for the formation of this sort of market structure,with which it builds a theoretic frame for reviewing the case of Microsoft.
