The Determination of Trace Copper in Naphtha Using Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 石脑油用I_2-二甲苯溶液氧化破坏处理后,以10%(v)硝酸萃取,而后以塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定痕量铜。测定时进样10微升,痕量铜检测下限为1.25ppb,回收率为90—110%,相对标准偏差为4.4%。方法消耗样品少,手续简便,灵敏快速。 The sample of naphtha is attacked by iodine-xylene solution and extracted into the solution of 10%(v/v) nitric acid. The determination of copper is carried out with a Zeeman effect graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer. The volume of test solution for the determination is 10 micro-liter. The detection limit is 1.25 PPb and the recovery is between 90% and 110%. The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 4.4%. The sample consumption of the method is very small and the procedure is simple and convenient. The method is sensitive and rapid.
