摘要
编辑劳动与作者劳动的共同目标是向社会提供既富有创新性又完美无缺的优秀作品 ;但由于研究的对象和方法不同 ,产生了编辑与作者间劳动特性的区别与联系 ,主要表现在劳动的能动与被动、专一与综合、超前与滞后、隐匿与显现等几个方面 ,使得编辑劳动与作者劳动始终处于矛盾的统一体中。
Abstract The common goal of the editors' labor and the authors' labor is to pro vide the society with originative and excellent works. Since the objects and met hods of their study are different, there exist some distinctions and relationshi ps between the labor characteristics of editors and authors. They are mainly emb odied in the following aspects of labor, such as initiative and passivity, singu larity and synthesis, advancement and stagnation, concealment and revelation, an d so on. That makes the editors' labor and the authors' labors being always in a n inconsistent unity.
