摘要
对钢中夹杂物的来源、分布以及危害进行了叙述,着重介绍了炼钢和连铸工艺中减少夹杂物的脱氧净化、电磁净化、固体电解质净化、钢包净化、过滤净化等生产工艺措施,认为钢中的夹杂物不可能都要降到最低,应根据不同材料和用途将夹杂物减少到合适的水平即可。
The source, distribution and harm of conclusions in steel are stated. Being as the major points the process measures in steel making and continuous-casting to reduce conclusions are introduced: deoxidation purification, electric-magnetic purification, solid electrolyte purification, ladle cleaning, filtering purification and etc. It is considered that the conclusion needs not to be reduced to the lowest level and it is ok to an appropriate level according to various material and usage.
