摘要
用地龙提取液外搽治疗局限性硬皮病6例,3个月后硬斑均明显软化,活动障碍感基本消失。地龙提取液经生化分析,除有纤溶、降低血液粘度等活血化淤作用外,还具特异降解胶原纤维的胶原酶。鉴于硬皮病最终的病变是胶原纤维硬化性改变,地龙提取液外用显效的主要原因,很可能是局部变性胶原纤维的降解。
After six cases of the local scleroderma were treated by externally applying earthworm extract for 3 months, the sclerotic spots obviously got spot and the feeling of movement handicap basically disappeared. by biochemical analysis the earthworm extract had the collagenase which specifieall degraded the collagen fibre again it had functions of activating blood and dissolving stasis, namely hydrolyzing of fibres and lowering of the blood viseocityo Seeing that the final pathological change of theseleroderma was that the collagen fibres turned into the sclerotic ones, the main reason that the earthworm extract proved effective by external use was probably the degradation of the local denatured collagen fibres.
