摘要
选择冰醋酸和浓硫酸为插层物质,从反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间、干燥温度等方面探讨 了微米级可膨胀石墨的制备工艺,并对产品粒径、表面形貌和红外消光能力进行了表征。实验结果表 明,选择合适的反应物,并控制好反应物比例、反应温度和时间以及干燥温度等工艺条件,即可制得 符合要求的微米级可膨胀石墨,该石墨在中、远红外区比微粉石墨具有更好的红外消光能力。
A kind of micron expansible graphite is introduced in this paper. Choosing mixture of sulfuric acid and ice acetic acid as inserting substance, the preparation conditions including proportion of mixture, temperature and time of reaction, and drying temperature were studied. The granularity, surface configuration and ability of IR extinction of product were characterized. The result shows that micron expansible graphite can be gained in optimize conditions. The product has better ability of IR extinction than graphite micro-powder.
