摘要
通过分析江苏地区航道过河建筑物(桥梁)通航净空尺度的现状和《内河通航标准》 (GB50139-2004)中相应等级航道通航净空尺度要求之间的差异,从执行标准的延续性、船舶运输 的通达性和降低工程造价并减少对航道沿线居民、工矿企业的出行影响出发,提出了适合江苏地 区四级及以上航道过河建筑物(桥梁)通航净空尺度的建议。
By analyzing the current condition of opening to navigation clearance of crossing - river building (bridge) on channel in Jiangsu province, as well as corresponding grad differences among opening to navigation clearance in the inland navigation standard (CB50139 - 2004), on the basis of implementing standard continuity, understanding of vessels transportation, reducing project costs and influences to the residents along the channel and industrial and mining enterprises, we give the the advice for opening to navigation clearance of grad four or above crossing - river building (bridge) on channel in Jiangsu province.
