摘要
通过对大驳骨 (Gendarussaventricosa)乙醇提取物的正丁醇溶解部分进行分离纯化 ,得到 4个化合物 ,经理化方法和光谱分析 ,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸 (p hydroxybenzoicacid ,1)、1,2 ,4 三甲氧基苯 (1,2 ,4 trimethoxybenzene,2 )、β 胡萝卜甙 (daucostenol,3)、丁香树脂醇 (syringaresinol,4 )。所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Four known compounds were isolated from n-BuOH-solved portion of alcohol-extraction from Gendarussa ventricosa.On the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic analysis,these compounds were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid,1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene,daucostenol,syringaresinol.All compounds presented here from this plant were reported for the first time.
