摘要
目的 :探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及手术并发症。方法 :对 1999年 1月至2 0 0 1年 1月完成随访的 12 0例鼻内镜鼻窦手术进行临床分析。 12 0例中 1型 2 5例 (2 0 .8% ) ,2型 78例(6 5 .0 % ) ,3型 17例 (14 .2 % )。其中 113例在局部麻醉及部分辅以静脉强化麻醉下完成手术。术后随访 12～ 36个月 ,平均 18个月。结果 :1型治愈率为 80 .0 % ,2型治愈率为 74 .4 % ,3型治愈率为 5 8.8%。手术并发症的发生率为 11.7%。结论
Objective : To evaluate the curative effect and the complication of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS). Methods : One hundred and twenty cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps undergone ESS from 1999 to 2001 were appraised with the standard criteria .There were 25 cases(20.8%) in type 1, 78cases(65.0%)in type 2 and 17 cases(14.2%)in type 3. One hundred and thirteen cases underwent ESS under intranasal local anesthesia and sedation. Long-term follow-up was performed at 12-36 months (mean 18 months).Result : The cure rate was 80.0% for type 1,74.4% for type 2,58.8% for type 3. Complication of ESS in 120 cases occurred in 11.7% of the cases. Conclusion : ESS is efficient and safe in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis .
