摘要 建立了液体粘性调速离合器电液比例控制系统的数学模型 ,并在此基础上引入PID调节器对系统进行调速性能改进。应用MATLAB仿真工具对系统数学模型进行数字仿真 ,结果表明系统所建数学模型合理正确 ,将常规控制系统与带PID调节器的控制系统响应曲线进行了比较 ,指出当系统采用PID调节器时 ,系统响应快、超调量小 (可以消除 ) ,系统能获得更加满意的响应特性 ,为液体粘性调速离合器合理推广应用提供了更加详实的理论依据。 The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional control system of the HVD has been established in this paper. On the basis of this, the PID speed regulator has been lead into the control system in order to improve the response performance of the system. With the help of the simulation tool -Matlab, the mathematical models have been simulated. The simulation results prove that the mathematical model is reasonable. The control system with PID regulator has no overshoot and a more stable response performance after comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the common control system and that with the PID regulator. A more full and accurate theoretical foundation has been provided for finding applications of the HVD speed regulating technology.
