摘要
研究了钙处理低碳铝镇静钢从LF精炼终点至板坯的 [T .O]变化情况 ,根据理论分析与数理统计 ,开发出LF精炼终点与板坯 [T .O]含量的快速预报方法 ,LF精炼终点 [T .O]实际测量值与预报值的偏差小于 5× 10 -6。此方法已投入实际应用 ,能及时指导生产 ,正确预报钢中 [T .O]。
The total oxygen change in the calcium treated Low carbon Al killed steel from the end point of refining to slab was studied and method of quick forecast on the total oxygen content in steel during this period was developed according to the theoretical analysis and mathematic statistics. The deviation of the forecast value from the actual measurement and the end point of LF refining is less than 5×10 -6. It is proved through practical application that-this method can timely guide production and accurately forecast total oxygen content in steel.
