摘要
从全民健身和终身体育的要求出发,从分析现行高校运动会存在的问题和其产生的负面影响入手,结合新体育课程标准的贯彻实施,论证高校运动会向体育节转轨的必要与必然。并就此提出体育节构建的基本模式及策划实施的要素。
In view of the demands of all the people keeping fit and tenure P.E and the problems and ill effects in the current college sports meeting, with the practice of the PE course standard ,I will argue the necessities and inevitability of transferring from college sports meeting to 'PE festival ',and show the elementary formulation of constructing PE festival and the elements of carrying it out.
