摘要
应用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定浙江金华地区的苔藓植物中10种金属元素的含量,结果表明银叶真藓、角齿藓、地钱、细叶毛灰藓、羽藓等苔藓植物对Pb、Cu、Cd、Cr有较强的吸收能力,土生和石生苔藓植物比树附生苔藓植物体内的10种金属元素含量要高。苔藓植物体内Pb、Cu、Cd、Cr、Zn、Mn等重金属元素的含量比同地区的种子植物和蕨类植物的要明显高得多。在苔藓植物体内,Pb与Cu、Cd、Cr在0.01水平上达到显著相关,Cu、Cd、Cr之间也有一定的相关性。
The contents of ten elements including K、Ca、Mg、Pb、Fe、Cu、Cd、 Cr 、Zn and Mn of Bryophytes in Jinhua suburb, Zhejiang province, were determined b y means of applying the flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. The main resu lts are as follows: 1) The contents of Pb、Cu、Cd、Cr in Bryum argenteum,Cerato don purpureus,Marchantia polymorpha,Homomallium incurvatum,Thuidium cymbifoli um were higher than other species; 2) The contents of the ten elements in soil a nd saxicolous bryophytes are higher than those of epiphytic bryophytes. 3) Bryop hytes have much higher contents of Pb, Cu, Cd, Cr, Zn and Mn than fern and seed plants when they distribute in the similar environments. 4)There were obvious co rrelation between Pb and Cu, Cd , Cr, somewhat correlations among Cu, Cd and Cr were also revealed.
