摘要
从经济学视角论述了体育公共服务产业及生产主体问题。认为政府对公共服务垄断配置的高成本,促使体育公共服务体系自身寻求改革途径。提出在我国体育公共服务供给过程中,提供主体和生产主体可以适当分离,分析了政府、市场、第三部门的多元生产趋势,以及各自在体育公共服务生产方面的优势与不足,提出应该在改革实践中使三种方式相结合。
From the view of economics, in this paper, the authors discussed the production organizations of sport public service industry .The authors pointed that the industry system of sport public service had to reform because of the high cost that the government produced alone. The difference between supply organization and production organization should be noticed, the government, the market and the third sector had different functions and they should be combined in China sport public service industry.
