摘要
目的 :比较解剖型钢板和髁钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的优越性。方法 :采用以上两种内固定治疗股骨远端骨折共 90例 ,比较两种内固定的术中、术后指标如手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率并经统计学处理。结果 :解剖型钢板组在手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率和综合评分疗效明显优于髁钢板组 ,两组相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。两组住院时间相比无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective To compare the superiority of internal fixation in treating fracture of distal femoral with anatomic plates or condlye plates.Methods Ninty cases of distal femoral fractures were treated surgically with anatomic plates or condlye plates.Factors including in-hospital time,intraoperation bleeding,surgery time,time of fracture union,and complications rate were studied statistically for analysis.Results The outcomes of internal fixation with anatomic plates were better than that of condlye plates.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion Internal fixation with anatomic plates in treating fracture of distal femoral is a satisfactory method.
