摘要
本文较全面系统地研究了川附子的化学组成。样品用硝酸一高氯酸消解后,借联用技术(ICP-AES与极谱法或HG-AFS等)测定21种化学元素,用GF-AAS法测定痕量钼并参照GB测定卤素(氟、氯和碘)。应用上述方法弄清了川附子用传统工艺炮制前后、各种元素的含量及其浓度变化,从而为川附子的开发、出口提供科学依据和测试手段。
This paper is a complete and systematic research into the chemical components of Fuzi from Sichuan origin.After using HNO_3-HClO_4 to digest the sample,21 chemical elements are determined by associated techniques(ICP-AES and polarograpy or HG-AFS,etc.).Trace Mo is determined by GF-AAS,and Halogen(F、Cl and I)are determined with reference to GB.By applying the proposed method,before and after the preparation with the conventional technics,the contents and concentration changes to the determination of 25 chemical elements contained in Fuzi are made clear.This will provide a scientific basis and measurement technique for further development of Chinese herbal medicine and its introduction abroad.
