摘要
目的 :探讨慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的有效治疗方法。方法 :随机将慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉 10 0例分为两组 ,一组行鼻内窥镜手术配合中药萍芷片综合治疗 6 0例 ;另一组单纯鼻内窥镜手术 4 0例。结果 :手术加中药组治愈 4 8例 ,好转 11例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率 98.33% ;单纯手术组治愈 2 4例 ,好转 12例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率90 %。两组疗效差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论
Objective: To investigate the effective method for treating chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods: One hundred cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were divided into two groups randomly. Sixty cases (group one) were treated with traditional Chinese drug (Pingzhi Tablets ) plus endoscopic sinus surgery , other patients (group two) underwent simply endoscopic sinus surgery. Results: For patients of group one, 48 cases were cured,the symptom of 11 patients was partially regression and 1 case had no change.For patients of group two,24 cases were cured, the symptom of 12 patients was partially regression and 4 case had no change. The overall response rate was 98.33% and 90% respectively for that of group one and group two , the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:It would be ideal treatment for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps with traditional Chinese medicine plus endoscopic sinus surgery.
