摘要
转炉冶炼低碳钢水时终点残锰控制着钢水和炉渣的氧化性,对提高转炉终点残锰进行了工业试验的研究。结果表明在低锰铁水条件下,转炉冶炼终点前5min加入含锰渣料,终点残锰量可达到0.20%(质量分数)以上;终点残锰每提高0.01%(质量分数),可降低钢水中氧的质量分数为0.000 6%~0.000 8%;终点钢水残锰量从0.06%(质量分数)提高到0.25%(质量分数),炉渣中的(FeO)的质量分数下降约5%~7%。
The endpoint of surplus manganese content controls the oxidizability of steel and slag when smelting low carbon steel in the converter.The industrial test of improving the endpoint surplus manganese of the converter was studied.The result show that in case of the low manganese content hot metal,putting in slag materials with manganese 5munities before the end of smelting,the endpoint surplus manganese content can be higher than 0.20%;when the endpoint surplus manganese content improve 0.01%,the w[O]in the steel can be decreased 0.0006%-0.0008%;The w[FeO]decreased 5%-7%in the slag when the end point surplus manganese content improved from 0.06%to 0.25%.
