摘要
本文基于纳米科学论文国际合作网络的演化路径与动力机制,评价了中国与欧洲主要国家的跨国科学合作政策。在对中欧纳米科学家共同发表的国际学术论文的数据计量分析基础上,根据中国科技历程,构建了三阶段中欧纳米国际学术论文发表合作网络图,并对演化过程及其驱动因素进行评价。研究结果表明,中欧纳米跨国科学合作高速增长受到了国家科学能力、科学基础设施、双边合作和经济贸易关系等多种因素的影响。
This paper analyzes the evolution and driving forces of regional scientific collaboration networks between China and main European countries on the emerging nano- science field. Using data on the co- author publications between Chinese and European nano- scientists,the results enable us to identify the evolutionary and active collaboration networks between China and Europe. The driving forces and barriers for engaging cross- border regional collaboration networks are identified between a new global science polar and a traditional scientific superpower. This analysis suggests that the rapid and uneven growth of scientific collaboration networks between China and European Union membership nations are affected by multiple factors. Discussions are also made to the implications for promoting global- regional scientific collaborations.
