摘要
本文用160侧不同年龄的头部标本,做解剖观测和腭部动脉造影,研究了正常人腭部的动脉供应。发现腭部有六对动脉供应。腭升动脉腭支循腭帆提肌降至软腭,是供应软腭的主要动脉。咽升动脉腭支不是循咽腭肌至软腭,而是从颅底发出,沿腭帆提肌后内侧降至软腭鼻腔面。
130 half(adult 60 half,child 70)cadavers in which the artery were injected from common carotid artery by using red-neoprene-latex were dissected.15 fetus cadavers in which common carotid artery were injected with 10% gelate 70% barium sulfate were dissected after removing palate for arteriography.The arterial supply of the normal palate was studied. It is observed that there are 6 pairs arteries supply the palatine region. The arising,termination,diameter and region suppling of them are described.The palatine branch of the ascending palatine artery runs along the lavater palatine muscle downward to the soft palate is the main artery.
