摘要
赛前运动员易产生紧张、焦虑等心理压力,分析其原因并提出了几种有针对性的调节方法,目的在于能使运动员在赛前达到最佳竞技状态。
Before the match the athlete usually feels highly pressed;for example,he is easy to be nervous and anxious. This paper has made an analysis of the causes of such pre-match mental nervousness and proposed some practical ways for the athletes as how to adjust themselves before the match so as to achieve the best athletic state for the match.
