摘要
本文对103名大学生的(EPQ),(MMPI),(CPI),(16PF)测验成绩进行了因素分析研究,结果发现,四种人格量表所涵盖的主要46个人格变量中可提取出15个共同人格因素。文章命名了这些共同人格因素;分析了四种人格量表的共同性和差异性;从理论上、目的上、方法上及人格变量选取上讨论了研究和编制中国人格量表的可行性。
Four personality inventories(EPQ,MMPI,CPI and 16 PF)were administered to103 undergraduates,and the scores wereprocessed through analysis.The resultsindicate that 15 common personality factorsobtained from the main 46 personality varia-bles in the four inventories.A name wasgiven to each of the factors,and the commoncharacteristics and differences of the fourpersonality inventories were analysed.Thefeasibility of developing Chinese personalityscales was discussed on the basis of theories,purposes,methods and personality variablesselection.
