摘要
高校教师的职业道德建设的内涵必须以科学发展观来审视和统领,以保证这项工作全面、协调、可持续地发展。因此,新时期高校教师职业道德建设的策略要突出校本观念和人本观念,同时要体现建设方法的科学性。
Under the new situation,it is necessary to examine and command the construction of professional ethics of higher education teachers with a perspective of scientific development to ensure its all-round,harmo- nious and sustainable development.In the new times,with this respect,the connotation and strategy of build- ing professional ethics of higher education institution teachers emphasizes on the people-oriented idea and the college-oriented idea.The building strategy should also be shaped in a scientific way.
