摘要
为了提高高速加工中心电主轴的高速度、高精度等质量要求,文中分析了影响其性能的主要部件轴承的各项关键技术,确定了电主轴轴承的组合方式、支撑型式以及转速关系,设计轴承预紧方式及进行刚度分析,并用ANSYS对轴承做了热分析。得出了轴承的主要温升范围,为其性能的进一步提高奠定了基础。
In order to improve electric spindle speed,accuracy of high-speed machining,this paper analyzes the key technologies that affect the performance of the main components of the bearing and determine the spindle bearing combination,support type and rotational speed.Bearings pretension and stiffness analysis are conducted.Thermal analysis of bearing are made using ANSYS.The temperature range of the bearing is determined,which lays a foundation for further improving its performance.
