摘要
通过田间试验探讨了底层增氧与不增氧池塘中水温、溶解氧、pH、NH3-N和NO2--N的变化规律,以及幼蟹暴露在空气中的时间、蜕壳频次、个体体质量频数分布等,并讨论与评估了底层增氧的生态学效应。结果表明:不增氧池塘水体在夏季易形成"温跃层"及溶解氧的"日较差"和"水层差",而底层增氧可有效打破池塘水体的"温跃层"和溶解氧的"水层差",减小温度变化及底层低氧对中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的胁迫,而且使溶解氧、NH3-N和NO2--N浓度以及pH保持在河蟹正常生长所要求的范围,促进幼蟹的蜕壳,提高个体的体质量和肥满度。
A study was conducted to investigate Characteristic variations in water temperature,dissolved oxygen,pH,NH3-N and NO-2-N concentration in ponds with bottom water layer aeration systems(test ponds) and without aeration systems(the control) as well as the duration of air exposure of juvenile crabs,frequency of molting,distribution of individual body mass frequency,and ecological effects of bottom water layer aeration were discussed and estimated.The results revealed that not only thermocline along with difference in dissolved oxygen(DO) between water surface layer and bottom one(DDoWSB) but also daily difference in DO(DDDo) were inclined to occur in ponds without aeration in the summer,and that as a result of the effective disruption of the thermocline and DDoWSB by bottom layer aeration,stress on juvenile crabs imposed by hypoxia and drastic fluctuation of water temperature could lessen and parameters of water quality such as concentrations of dissolved oxygen,NH3-N and NO-2-N and pH could be good for the boost of molting,and promote in individual body mass and condition factor of juvenile crabs.
