摘要
20世纪80年代以来,大学英语教学改革经历了从教学方法到教材再到教师理念的革新,其最终目的在于真正实现"以学生为中心""培养学生自主学习能力"的教学目标。在对大学英语教师现状进行分析的基础上,本文对教师个性化教学进行了详细的理论研究,并就教师如何开展个性化教学活动提出了建议。
Since 1980s,college English teaching reform has experienced an innovation from teaching methods to teaching materials to teacher's concept.The goal is to really realize the teaching aim of 'being student-centered' and 'cultivating students' self-learning ability.Based on an analysis of the current situation of college English teachers,this paper carries out a detailed theoretical study of individualized teaching and puts forward suggestions on how to develop individualized teaching activities.
