摘要 以MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统为基础玻璃组成,TiO2为晶核剂,用少量的BaO取代MgO,制备出顽辉石/堇青石基微晶玻璃。采用差热分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜等测试手段研究了BaO对玻璃析晶性能和显微结构等性能的影响,并探讨了不同量的BaO取代MgO对其电导率的影响。结果表明,在1 480℃通过熔融法制备玻璃试样,将试样在780℃、2h进行核化处理,在980℃、2h晶化处理,可得到具有较好性能、主晶相为顽辉石和堇青石、电导率为5.017×10-9S/m的微晶玻璃。 Eenstatite(MgSiO3)/cordierite(Mg2Al4Si5O18) glass-ceramics were prepared with MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system as based glass composition,TiO2 as nucleating agent,and using a small amount of BaO replacing MgO.The effect of BaO on the glass crystallization and the microstructure of glass-ceramics were analyzed by DTA,XRD,SEM,etc.The results show that the glass samples were prepared by fusion method at 1 480 ℃,after nuclear and chemical processing at 780 ℃ for 2 h and crystallization treatment at 980 ℃ for 2 h,the enstatite/cordierite-based glass-ceramics with better performance and electrical insulation of 5.017×10-9 S/m was obtained.
