摘要
高校图书馆文化的建设是凸显高校办学理念、校园文化特色的一个重要课题。高校图书馆可以通过环境文化建设、文献资源合理的建设、以人为本的服务精神三个方面,营造浓郁的文化氛围。
Library Culture building is the highlight Ideology of Higher Education, campus cultural characteristics is an important topic.
