本文论述了科技促贸的作用机制 ,包括内在动力机制和具体作用机制 ,具体指技术的供求机制以及技术引进、消化吸收与传播。
The paper discusses about the functioning Mechanism of promoting trade by means of science and technology,including the internal initiative mechanism and the concrete functioning mechanism,i.e.the demand-supply mechanism and the introduction-digestion-spread-innovation mechanism in technology.
